We make sure to keep Vegetarian and Non-Veg food preparation and cooking separate in our kitchen. All Vegetarian items are prepared and cooked in its own separate area. Food handling, surfaces, knives, utensils, pots/pans, and cooking oil will always be kept strictly separate. Vegetarian food will never be cooked in the same oil as meat dishes.
